A “Fall Inward Retreat” is a deeply reflective and restorative experience designed to help participants turn their focus inward as the autumn season unfolds.
Much like the natural world during fall, participants are encouraged to let go of external distractions, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their inner selves. We will experience the healing sounds of crystal alchemy bowls while resting in deeply restorative postures, all aimed at fostering self-awareness and inner peace.
We will gather around the bonfire for fire scrying, an ancient practice connecting seasons, elements, and self, as we journal our thoughts and intentions.
As we integrate our practice, let’s gather in community and share a light supper that celebrates the season and nourishes our senses.

3 organic, farm-to-table meals lovingly prepared daily by the family chef
Daily AM & PM yoga practice: all are optional and may include yoga, meditation, and other reflective practices. No experience necessary.

Transportation
Airfare is not included. A group flight will be available out of Columbus (CMH) into Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport, Rome.
